The folks giving negative reviews to this product just don't get it, it's a Windows Ipad 2! Except it has twice the hard drive that a $500 Ipad 2 has and instead of 512 Meg DDR2 RAM in the Ipad 2, it has 2 Gig DDR3 RAM. Same front and back cameras, swivel, 1 gig dual-core chip, etc., etc., etc. Naysayers don't get the simple fact that the netbook they claim would have been a better purchase for them can't do the one thing you buy the Iconia for: touch. Windows 8 will be made for use on tablets and the Iconia will only get better then.

Being an android fan, i ordered this on behalf of someone. Luckily they're not as obsessed with the details as I am, and they're perfectly happy with it. The build quality could be better but its not bad. A good feature is the inclusion of the detachable keyboard. I guess the device itself is not flawed. But running Windows 7 on it is a bit of a push. I think Acer did the best they could given the inherent Windows handicap. So if you have to have windows on a tablet and can't get the Asus W121 then get this one...

Don't waste your money on this device, going to spend over 500 dollars for a under power, not enough hard drive space. there are 500 dollar laptops that would blow this thing out of the water. Out of the box only 17 gigs of hard drive space avaliable, install office 2007 and your looking at only about 4 gigs if your lucky with free space.
My laptop I have connected to my home network at over 130 mps, this max will only connect at 54mps
If i could return it for a laptop right now I would, for the 600 dollars with keyboard dock go with laptop.
Touch Screen is cool, and works much better than some reviews, but this things isn't strong enough spec wise to be running windows 7 out of box. bogs down, slow unresponsive and that is just trying to play on internet streaming video.

This keyboard has several problems and after a few hours of trying to get it to work, I will try contacting the seller.
Pros: -The device connects to an Acer Iconia A100. -The keyboard is easy to type on and seems sturdy enough.
Cons: -It will not charge (uses a USB charger). -It will not stay powered on (when left plugged in to the computer). -The bluetooth will not stay on. -The device is not always recognized by a windows 7 computer. -The device manual is very poorly written. The instructions in it are unclear. For example, it tells you to "put the batteries in the container" for the first step in using the device. The problem is that there is nowhere to put a battery and the device is supposed to include a rechargeable battery already.
I do not recommend this product. I will update this review when I receive a response from the seller.

This review is from: GTMax Black Bluetooth Wireless Full size Ultra Slim Keyboard+Mini Brush for Iphone, iPad, Smartphone, Tablet and more (Wireless Phone Accessory)
This is a full-sized keyboard, as described (many "full-size" keyboards are, in fact, not). It connects easily to my iPad; however, when typing at anything like my normal rate (70-90 wpm), some keypresses are lost, and the shift key often capitalizes more than the intended letter -- it's as though the iPad (or the keyboard) believes the shift key is still pressed even when it's not. It doesn't seem to be sticking physically. Also the space bar isn't as sensitive as I'd like, and many of my spaces are lost as a result. You really need to strike it right in the middle for it to register.
That said, it does work, and it's cheap, so just understand that you probably won't be getting a true keyboard experience with this.

I have the white/silver version of this keyboard, with ID BT-1280 on the back. I assume it's the same product since the problems others have experienced are the same. The keys, while not physically sticking, will everpress sometimesssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss --- like that. I can have my hand off they keyboard ,hitting delete repeatedly, and the onscreen display shows sometimes three or four rows of the same letter .
SOmetimes (<---see the shift/capitalization problem there?), in the middle of typing, the BT connection goes out and the on screen keyboard appears, disappears, reappears several times while the iPad tries ot reconnect with the keyboard.

JBuds J5 Earbuds-Style Metal Headphones for iPod, iPad, Tablet, Kindle (Blue Steel) Reviews
Out of the package these look a lot like the j3s but in a great new package. It's like a foil bag that you just rip open. The 45 degree angle plug isn't quite as good as a 90 but it's an improvement. The stress pints on the cable are beefed up compared to the j3s but not as bulky as the j4s. The wire is plenty long and seems very delicate and its rubbery feeling instead of slick like the j3s. Most of my jbuds last 3 -6 months so we'll wait and see. The mic is in a great place, it's closer to the y in the cable and just feels better using the control functions. They changed their warranty and it sucks now. If you're looking for the best warranty it's skullcandy HANDS DOWN!
These are SUPER comfortable, hardly notice them in my ear. The tips are soft. They feel light in your ears...no tugging or fatigue. I really like the grill on the back. Gives them a good look in your ears. Also great for sleeping because they don't stick out too far.
I just got a pair of J5s and have been really impressed with the quality of the build. I have owned a lot of headphones before from all the major brands and have kind of stuck on JLab products because a) I don't like waiting in line at stores so I buy everything on Amazon and b) Jbuds are typically the least expensive decent quality earbuds on here. I go through my buds pretty quickly as I bring them everywhere with me and usually wind up leaving them somewhere eventually. I was a big fan of the J4s and have a couple pairs of those. I liked the durability and the sound clarity was great. For my most recent purchase, I decided to try the newer version because they were a bit cheaper and I didn't need a case. Here are my initial thoughts:
Pros: Sound quality- These are some of the best headphones I have ever owned for clarity of the music. I feel like I do not have to turn my iphone volume as loud as with other buds to get a decent volume level. Also, at the louder... Read more

CONS: Any sort of rubbing/contact with the cord causes VERY LOUD noise in the headphones. I tried workout out with them, and it was very annoying. I cannot recommend using these headphones unless you are sitting still, even wearing them just walking around is not pleasant due to these noises. I will stick with my Sennheiser 380's for the gym
Earbud material not very comfortable, and feels somewhat cheap and stiff. The extra large buds are HUGE! I usually wear XL but these are just a bit too big. However the normal large is a bit too small, so I ended using some extra earbuds I had from another set, which fit pretty well.
OVERALL: Good value for the 19.95 lightning deal, however material quality (cord, earbuds) is lacking. I will just be using these at work in my cubicle. For 30 dollars, I would recommend getting a pair of Sennheiser's.
